On May 19, 2010 Ethamco, LLC an American company based in California and with a branch office in Ethiopia, licensed and in the process of establishing a diversified farming operation in Ethiopia has signed and Letter of Intent (LOI) with Organic Liquid Fertlizer PLC (OLF PLC), an Ethiopian company based in Addis Abeba.
